Headlines from across the world!
It should be of no surprise to any of my readers that I believe Turkiye’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan should be considered a prime candidate for the Gog of Ezekiel 38/39. That being said, you should also know that I don’t expect to be around when it is confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt. However, because I have been told to watch and warn the world of the imminent return of Jesus Christ. I monitor the prophecies that I anticipate to be on the horizon.
I have been watching current events in the mid-east, specifically those involving nations we suspect to be numbered in the end time federations referenced by Daniel, Ezekiel and John. I have shared some news article clips that will be of interest to those of you who agree with me about Turkiye’s role and possibly these will cause the skeptics to reconsider. I believe the 5th kingdom of Daniel is the Ottoman Empire not Rome!
I find it fascinating that two of the most authoritarian nations of our day are hoping to convince the world they are trying to arbitrate peace. What’s even stranger is the world is buying into the lie. That’s my definition of BLIND! Well, that is exactly what appears to be happening. Both Russia and Turkiye want to return to the geopolitical landscape of pre-WWI. Both are executing strategies to accomplish this and it is mostly due to a power vacuum in Biden’s head.
The U.S. emerged from WWI and WWII as the Super Power of the 20th Century. The truth is, technically we still are but our current leadership chooses to ignore their responsibility to the world stage and is conceding our leadership to our enemies. With the right leadership in place, these rebel nations would realign. I pray to God we will survive this current administration but I wouldn’t hold my breath; I suspect we are too far advanced into the evil of the day! I sense that God is DONE! It’s merely a matter of time now.
Biden is seen as the “Electralux” from the 50’s who has long since lost it’s clout!
Russia, Turkey, China, and North Korea are taking full advantage of the U.S. fall from power, influence and grace. The U.S. media’s focus is on queer behavior and promoting social unrest while they, “Fiddle while Rome burns”! This is the blindness that is prophesied of the times!
I have written numerous articles that inform the reader of the status of prophecies that are progressing and could complete in the near future. What this means is that we all need to be “ready” to meet the LORD! When these prophecies begin to conclude they will set off a domino effect where the end time events will follow close in timing and proximity. Luke 21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Turkey changes it’s name to TURKIYE!
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s government has been pressing for the internationally recognized name Turkey to be changed to Türkiye (tur-key-YAY) as it is spelled and pronounced in Turkish. The country called itself Türkiye in 1923 after its declaration of independence.
SO WHAT’S IN A NAME? MUCH! LOOK CLOSE BECAUSE “TURKIYE” HAS A, NOT SO SUBTLE AGENDA!
The last time this name was used was pre-1923 during the Ottoman Empire. As you read about the Treaty of Lausanne, 1923 (which expires July, 24, 2023) Pay attention to the regions whose territorial boundaries were altered. Now then consider recent moves by “Turkiye” that will revert back to pre-1923 boundaries as of the former “Old Ottoman Empire”.
NICOSIA, Cyprus (AP) — 6/6/22 Cyprus will lodge a complaint with the United Nations over Turkey’s new financial assistance deal with breakaway Turkish Cypriots that demonstrates Ankara’s “complete control” over them, the president of the ethnically divided island nation said Monday. President Nicos Anastasiades, a Greek Cypriot, told state broadcaster CyBC that he would also include in the protest letter Turkey’s move to designate the Turkish Cypriots’ unrecognized, main airport as a domestic flight route, effectively turning it into a Turkish one.
This most recent move has by the stroke of a pen reclaimed 1/2 of Cyprus’s land mass and their only international Airport completely under the control of Turkey or should I say “TURKIYE” ! Also, Turkiye recently completed a water pipeline to North Cyprus. Turkiye has been exploiting water pipelines since the 80’s and 90’s which allow them to control their neighbors. Syria and Iraq can be starved for water, if the need should arise.

Treaty of Lausanne, (1923), final treaty concluding World War I. It was signed by representatives of Turkey (successor to the Ottoman Empire) on one side and by Britain, France, Italy, Japan, Greece, Romania, and the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes (Yugoslavia) on the other. The treaty was signed at Lausanne, Switzerland, on July 24, 1923, after a seven-month conference.
The treaty recognized the boundaries of the modern state of Turkey. Turkey made no claim to its former Arab provinces and recognized British possession of Cyprus and Italian possession of the Dodecanese. The Allies dropped their demands of autonomy for Turkish Kurdistan and Turkish cession of territory to Armenia, abandoned claims to spheres of influence in Turkey, and imposed no controls over Turkey’s finances or armed forces. The Turkish straits between the Aegean Sea and the Black Sea were declared open to all shipping.

‘Jerusalem is our city,’
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Thursday implied that Jerusalem belongs to Turkey, referring to the Ottoman Empire’s control over the city for much of the modern era.
“In this city that we had to leave in tears during the First World War, it is still possible to come across traces of the Ottoman resistance. So Jerusalem is our city, a city from us,” he told Turkish lawmakers during a major policy speech in Ankara. “Our first qibla [direction of prayer in Islam] al-Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem are the symbolic mosques of our faith. In addition, this city is home to the holy places of Christianity and Judaism.”
The Ottoman Empire ruled over Jerusalem from 1516 to 1917. Modern Turkey, its successor state, has long stressed its enduring connection to the holy city, regularly condemning Israel’s alleged efforts to “judaize” it and the US administration’s December 2017 recognition of it as Israel’s capital.
Note this map reflects the span of control at the height of the Ottoman Empire pre-WWI. This was then chopped up by the Treaty of Lausanne of 1923. As I mentioned earlier this treaty reads like a script or a guide to Erdogon’s current actions to reassert “TURKIYE”S” control over Greece, Aegean Sea, Black Sea, Cyprus, Kurdistan, and Armenia.

6/9/22 ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday warned Greece to demilitarize islands in the Aegean Sea, saying he was “not joking” and posting tweets in Greek and English, in a marked harshening of rhetoric against Turkey’s neighbor and historic regional rival.
Turkey says Greece has been building a military presence in violation of treaties that guarantee the unarmed status of the Aegean islands. It argues the islands were ceded to Greece on the condition they remained demilitarized.…

Turkey’s Kurd-PKK Conflict: A Regional Battleground in Flux
Turkey is increasingly relying on airpower in its fight against the Kurd’s PKK. New parties have been drawn into the conflict as it spreads to new theatres in Iraq and Syria, which, for now at least, complicates potential efforts to settle things down.
These are just a few recent articles that make my point. I am watching news events across the world that reveal the seriousness of the time. Israel and Iran have been embroiled in a proxy war that is soon to become a clearly defined war. Israel has been very open about their intentions to stop Iran from becoming a nuclear threat and I have no doubt they will make good on that revelation. The question is; will that escalate into a mid-east war to include historic Arab allies including Russia, Turkey and more…?
As I was preparing to post this article, Israel attacked Syria’s International Airport and the damage to runways was severe. They destroyed Iranian weapons transfers as well. They also told Bashar al-Assad, “we know where you live”! Now that would shake the Arabian trees…
Russia has been condemning Israel’s actions on behalf of their allies and in hope that Russia can operate with impunity! I have no reason to believe Russia’s threats will carry much weight. Russia has their hands full with the Ukraine, they sure don’t want to mess with Israel. But then again, I don’t see much wisdom these days from Israel’s enemies. It is really hard to cure stupid!
Also, Greece and Israel just signed an agreement that will establish economic ties in general and will likely resurrect the pipeline deal that US/Turkiye/Russia tried to block. This no doubt will anger the neighborhood…. could something like this be the “hook in the jaw” that Ezekiel says will draw Gog into conflict? Stay tuned!

TEL AVIV – A new impetus to Greek-Israeli economic cooperation was given in Tel Aviv on Thursday with the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between Enterprise Greece and the corresponding Israeli agency.
